Acceptance and Binding
Any individual or legal entity visiting or using itb.com.tr (the "Site") is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms of Use. The Site is operated by ITB Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("ITB") in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Purpose of the Site and Content Provided
The Site serves the following purposes:
- Providing information about ITB's enterprise IT services, solution partnerships, and references
- Establishing a communication channel with potential and existing clients
- Informing about sectoral competencies and certifications
- Collecting requests and applications through the contact form
Intellectual and Industrial Property
All text, graphics, logos, icons, visuals, videos, software code, and layouts on the Site are protected under Turkish Copyright Law No. 5846 and Industrial Property Law No. 6769. Partial or complete copying, reproduction, republication, or distribution of content without ITB's written consent is strictly prohibited.
User Obligations
The user agrees to use the Site only for lawful and ethical purposes, not to engage in activities that could disrupt or damage the Site's infrastructure, and to enter accurate and current information in contact forms. All legal and criminal liability arising from contrary behavior belongs to the user.
Limitation of Liability
While ITB exercises utmost care to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site, it provides no guarantees regarding:
- Content being current, complete, or error-free at all times
- Uninterrupted and secure access to the Site
- The content, accuracy, and security of links to third-party websites
Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to business partners or third-party resources. These links are provided for informational purposes only; ITB accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of linked sites.
Personal Data Protection
Rights and obligations regarding personal data collected through the Site are detailed in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Data Protection Notice. Anyone using the Site is deemed to have reviewed these documents as well.
Right to Modify
ITB reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without providing any justification. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. Users are advised to check this page regularly.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and Istanbul (Anatolia) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
